Professional competences:

After completing the module, the students will understand the usefulness of the methods (but also their limitations) for the analysis of food samples. The students will be able to plan own experiments and they will be able to use correct terms and abbreviations in discussions and own scientific texts. In general, the self confidence in using complex analysis methods will be increased.
