The course gives an overview of the sensors for the measurement of food characteristics. Various analytical methods as chromatography, electrophoresis, different techniques of microscopy and spectrometry are presented. The students understand the basics of physical methods in analytics and are able to apply the instruments and sensors in scientific problems.
