After completing this module, students are able to computationally analyze biological sequences and gene expression data in R and Python.
- Key competences:

During the lectures and practical exercises with the computer, students learn to work in a Unix environment and think computationally as well as algorithmically. Through oral presentations, students practice and improve critical reading and communicating of scientific results.
