Transfer of knowledge acquired in nutrition, family and gender economics, as well as economics of social services and health insurance into practical application. Expertise in food epidemiology and statistics, and soft skills. Consideration of ethical issues in nutritional medicine.

To be capable of evaluating questions in nutritional medicine regarding economics, gender issues and efficiency. Understanding of the principles of nutritional epidemiology and medical statistics.
