Inhalt:

External tutors from the food or biotechnology industry give lectures about aspects of commercializing and quality from considerable products in the Life Science sector (Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Cosmetics).
Furthermore, important enzymatic/technological processes and specific meth-ods are presented.

Some exemplary keywords are:
- prebiotics
- probiotics
- design of enzymes
- enzyme screening and enzyme production
- starter culture
- fermentation of specific food classes
- legal aspects and declaration of fermented food
