Professional competences:

The students have in-depth knowledge about personnel psychology. They know and understand the most important tasks during employee selection, reterntion, evaluation, and development as well as the advantages and disadvantages of personnel psychological procedures and instruments. They are able to analyse personnel psychological tasks and to independently apply the learned methods and procedures.

Comments:

Grundkenntnisse in der
(differentiellen) Psychologie, in statistischen Methoden, sowie der Besuch der Vorlesung "Organisation und Führung" können als Vorbereitung hilfreich sein.
