Professional competences:

Students possess an in-depth understanding of sociological theories of leadership and today's general social framework of management decisions. Their know-how includes the specific comprehension of the social modernization's impact on management. They are able to analyse even complex situations of leadership and develop solutions for arising problems on their own. They are in a good position to analyse the social influences on management decisions and to see the challenges of modern leadership in their social context.
