Contents:

This lecture course focuses on two main topics. On the one hand, sociological theories of leadership will be presented and discussed. By sketching out classical and contemporary theories of social modernization, the current social framework of leadership will be brought out on the other hand. The combination of both topics will give an overview on modern leadership in times of social change.
