After completion of the course, the student is expected to be able to discuss the molecular and biochemical mechanisms underlying stress acclimation in plants. The student is expected to have a good knowledge of the experimental approaches and techniques used to study stress acclimation on the molecular level. He/she is expected to be able to read and understand original literature, to present the findings of a recent paper in an efficient manner, and to critically discuss the findings presented by others.
- Key competences:
-
- to develop questions that are suitable for testing a scientific hypothesis
- To understand and summarize original English literature
- to question the plausibility of scientific conclusions
- Communicate the results of a scientific study efficiently - Comments:
