The students are able to extend the knowledge they acquired in the basic and the advanced module largely independently. They are able to independently write a structured paper on a predefined topic in the area of economic, organisational, and personnel psychology which adequately covers the topic and fulfils basic scientific standards. They are able to present the results of their work in front of a group of fellow students and to articulate and defend their point of view. The students can prepare information from different sources as well as work scientifically. For an understanding of psychology as an empirical science, it is extremely helpful to experience how empirical studies are conducted. The goal of student participation in studies is to give them an insight into empirical studies and to encourage them to reflect on how psychology obtains new insights.
