The seminar looks in more depth at different topics in the area of economic, organisational, and personnel psychology. The students independently work on current and relevant topics in these areas. The basis for this are selected theoretical and empirical studies from journals. Subsequently, the topics are discussed by the participants.

Learning materials and literature recommendations will be announced in the course. The literature is mainly in English.
