Professional competences:

Students possess an in-depth understanding of a special field of Controlling. Their know-how includes the competence to independently find literature regarding a settled issue, to classify these sources and opinions, regarding the state of the art knowledge in Controlling. As a result, they are able to give a written as well as an oral overview on the analyzed topics. The participants are promoted in methodological competences concerning the search and analysis of sources as well as the creation of a presentation, in systematical competences concerning the classification and systematisation of alternative sources to one topic, and in communicative competences concerning the presenting, discussing and the defense of the thesis. They are in a good position to deal not only lecturing with a topic but also reflecting and reasoning.
