Students possess an in-depth understanding of Human Resource Management topics, extending or specifying the knowledge they attained from other modules. Their know-how includes being able to perform a scientifically sound literature review and to derive key findings from journal papers, processing the insights in a clear and understandable way, critically discussing them and developing further conceptual approaches within a structured seminar paper. Furthermore, they are capable of presenting their findings to a group of students and defending their point of view in a professional discourse. They are in a good position to apply basic knowledge in scientific writing.
