Professional competences:

Students will be familiar with the most important areas of constitutional law, administrative law, administrative procedural law, and European law, which influence economic life and processes. They will be able to comprehend matters of public law and to use their theoretical knowledge to solve smaller cases in a structural manner. The students will have fundamental competences in the application of public law (norm interpretation, subsumption, norm hierarchy). Additionally, students will improve their rhetorical abilities, argumentation techniques, and their ability to approach legal matters. They will be qualified to further pursue subjects of public law, in particular tax law.

Participation in this lecture and the according exercise course is mandatory. The contents of the courses are to be prepared and revised.
