-By completing this module students will be able to understand physiological and pathophysiological processes involved in metabolic dysregulation in highly productive farm animals. Specific knowledge of anatomy, physiology, immunology and microbiology will be enhanced and deepened. The needs for appropriate research in this field are identified, relevant problems are analysed and first research approaches are developed and discussed independently by the students. The professional competence gained by this module will enable to detect performance associated problems of farm animals in practice and will support finding and implementing solutions.
- Key competences:
-
-critical and analytical thinking
-ability to work independently
-writing and verbal skills in scientific and common topics
-ability to communicate and to collaborate
-ability to critically discuss relevant topics of farm animal production in the public - Comments:
