Admission to the Master’s programme has to be present when beginning the internship.rnThe internship can be completed at a national or international research center or at a research and development department of a company in Germany or abroad that is related to the Life Sciences: food, pharma-ceutical as well as their supplying industries, plant design and engineer-ing and process technology.

Students choose a supervisor related to the subject-area prior to begin-ning their internship (Prof. Hinrichs, Prof. Carle, Prof. Kohlus, Prof. Weiß, Prof. Hitzmann, Prof. Schmidt). The supervisor decides whether the internship placement is appropriate and assesses the report.
This module does not count towards the final grade.
Please note: whereas only 7,5 ECTS can be awarded, the duration of the in-ternship is not limited to 6 weeks.
