Professional competences:

Students possess an in-depth understanding of the development and implementation of services and relationship marketing concepts. They are familiar with the specifics of services, typical service specific problems as well as principles of service marketing orientated on the customer. They are able to identify specifics of services and include the knowledge in problem analysis as well as when solving problems. In this module problem solving competences will be trained on tangible cases.
