Contents:

The lecture deals with issues of public relations / public relations in different contexts. These include current debate lines of PR research, different theoretical approaches, the planning and management process of public relations as well as various application fields such as crisis and change communications or internal PR. The lecture discusses public relations as a research field as well as field of application. For this purpose, central theoretical and methodological basics and practical challenges are discussed.
