The core element of this problem-oriented course (lecture with small exercise sessions) are the six strategic and enterprise related success factors for internal corporate growth - for example the corporate culture and innovation and quality orientation. Internal (organic) growth is (revenue) growth, which a corporation can achieve with its own power. Future-oriented corporations do not only deal with the success factors, but they increasingly have to keep in mind the "limits to growth" (Dow Jones up, Earth down?). "Sustainable Corporate Growth", for example, demands building up and extending a corporate environmental management system.
