In interactive lessons the students will learn the theoretical background for enzyme purification with different methods (e.g. IEX, HIC, SEC,…). Further they will learn the basics of enzyme characterization methods and different electrophoretic methods. Further, the students will lern the theroretical background of different immobilisation methods. Additionally, together with the students the realization of batch and continuous biotransformations will be discussed.
