    Students will learn to apply knowledge from the literature and text books by itself. By doing so, They will learn to determine the enzyme activity of a particular enzyme class with suitable methods. In addition, the enzymes will be partrly characterized biochemically (e.g. pH-profile, temperature profile, inhibitors,...).
