Contents:

Visit of nurseries and field experiments at the "Heidfeldhof" near the campus as excersises, demonstration of applied breeding and research programs in wheat, triticale, hybrid wheat and of special technical equipment for nurseries. Explanation of elementary working steps for planning, planting and harvesting nurseries and yield trials. Techniques for production of crossing and selfing seed in hybrid breeding.
