This course builds on Preparation for Business English and provides a complete, blended, in-class and self-study course for students. The course focuses primarily on English used within the world of work and business. Emphasis will be placed on the acquisition of language and the development of fluency and confidence particularly through the use of the course book material, discussions and simulation. Language work will focus on future tenses, verbs and prepositions, articles, obligation and permission. Written work will include mail shots and sales letters, writing minutes and executive summaries. A high level of student participation will be expected.
