Contents:

The lecture comprises the theoretical background of the experiments carried out in the practical course. Principles and applications of 2D-electrophoresis, MALDI-ToF and Electrospray mass spectrometry in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of proteins and small molecules will be explained.
