Inhalt:

Modelling and simulation of biochemical reaction networks aims at describing how concentrations of reacting species evolve over time. This course discusses both deterministic as well as stochastic modelling approaches as well as the central ideas of their computational realizations in software packages such as MATLAB and COMSOL. Furthermore, techniques are presented for solving associated inverse problems such as parameter inference from experimental data or control of qualitative behaviour.
