180 hours: 30 hours class attendance, 150 hours independent study. The independent study encompasses the preparation of the seminar paper, the preparation and follow-up of the seminar sessions.

The participants have deepened their knowledge in a current topic in internal management. They are able to research independently on a predefined topic. Furthermore they have developed the ability to summarize their findings in a given structure and to discuss the contents of their topic. The participants are capable of presenting scientific contents comprehensibly and identifying controversial opinions, as well as representing their own point of view in scientific discourse.
