The students have in-depth knowledge of risk theory and insurance techniques. They know and understand the various possibilities of structuring insurance contracts, the principally insurable risks and the demand for individual insurance coverage, as well as the institutional particularities of insurance markets and insurance regulation. They are able to relate the learned contents and to point out solutions regarding the issues of the insurance industry. The students learn to argument in an economically founded manner and they have acquired essential infomation and capabilities for problem-solving for the further studies.
