They are able to independently write a structured paper about a predefied topic in the area of service management, which adequately deals with the topic and fulfils basic scientfic standards. They can present their results of their paper to a group of their fellow students and articulate and defend their positions during the discussion. The seminar module conveys skills to conduct a profound literature research and analysis, the elaboration of a scientific paper as well as the objective presentation and discussion of the results.
