The students know and understand basic statistical and economic methods. The especially know important special statistical distributions, master inferential statistical estimation and testing approaches and are able to analyse relationships descriptively and econometrically. The can apply these statistical and econometrical concepts and methods to economic and socio-economic objects of study. They are able to interpret the solutions generated with these methods and to evaluate them critically.
