The fields of law which are covered in the seminar have been previously studied in the lecture module.

180 hours: 20 hours class attendance 160 hours for the preparation of the written seminar paper

Professional competences:

The students are able to extend the knowledge they acquired in the course Corporate Law independently. They are able to autonomously write a paper on a predefined topic in the field of corporate law which adequately covers the topic and fulfils basic scientific standards. They are able to present the results of their work in front of a group of fellow students and to articulate and defend their point of view. The students are able to do research and to draw independent conclusions. Beyond the mere presentation of the topic, the students are able to decide self dependent. This will also be expected in daily business.
