The students are able to extend the knowledge they acquired in the courses Corporate Law and Banking Law independently. They are able to autonomously write a paper on a predefined topic in the field of banking law, especially the capital market law, which adequately covers the topic and fulfils basic scientific standards. They are able to present the results of their work in front of a group of fellow students and to articulate and defend their point of view. The students are able to do research and to draw independent conclusions. Beyond the mere presentation of the topic, the students are able to decide self dependent. This will also be expected in daily business.
