Professional competences:

After completing this module, students have competences in basic microbiology of livestock. This will be obtained during the theoretical lessons and the practical courses. Good laboratory practice will be learned during the lab work and the written lab journals. Experience in computing is gained by evaluating experimental results. Scientific discussions are encouraged by analysing the results.

Key competences:

During the processing the lectures and while performing the lab experiments, students learn to organize, working independently, critical and analytical thinking. Students practice and improve their oral expression during the discussion about the experiments and gained results.
