The goal of this module is to provide the participants with knowledge and skills that will increase their effectiveness and professional success in such an interdisciplinary environment. The module will provide the knowledge and expertise needed to

- plan and manage interdisciplinary research and development projects,
- attract funding for interdisciplinary work,
- manage staff, even in challenging institutional environments,
