Professional competences:

The students have in-depth knowledge in the basic area of the corporate environmental management. They are familiar with and understand - based on the state of the art - four competency areas: The field environmental management as the building block of sustainable business, the eco-political frameworks and corporate strategies and special environmental management systems as well as the application-oriented instrument of environmental controlling. They are able to broaden and expand their knowledge targeted at the business administrative questions of environmental protection as well as to acquire the methodological knowledge required for the practice. Especially on the basis of differentiated exercise sessions, the instrumental, systemic and communicative competencies are conveyed which are intended to help in applying and developing the acquired knowledge in day-to-day business.
