Professional competences:

Student have in-depth knowledge of information technologies (IT) supporting prevention, diagnosis and therapy in health care by mitigating spatial and temporal distances between patients and health care providers. Students understand the legal framework for such IT applications in Germany. They are able to get familiar with the state-of-the-art in specific areas by identifying, classifying, analyzing, summarizing, presenting, and discussing the relevant literature.
