Students know about the basic function of markets as well as marketing processes of goods and services provided by organisations. They understand marketing instruments, especially product, price, place and promotion which are available to organisations. Knowledge conveyed in this module is intensified with case-related discussions in the accompanying exercise sessions. Students are able to apply basic components of the "marketing mix" and the can define and carry out conceptual planning of marketing objectives and strategies.
