Students possess an in-depth understanding of the rise, theoretical background and institutional setup of European Monetary Union. Their know-how includes the ability to assess micro and macro economic interrelationships and problems of the Common Market . They are able to grasp the systemic impact of single aspects of the euro crisis . They are in a good position to understand single shortcomings of European Monetary Union and to assess reform policies.
