The students have in-depth knowledge in the methods of project management and in a selected area of controlling. Possible areas include general foundation planning, growth planning and corporate finance. They know and understand core elements of project management and the characteristic features, the respective problems and typical solution approaches in the chosen application area of quantitative planning. They are able to apply important methods of project management. In particular, they are able to build and interpret project plans with the aid of critical path analysis. Furthermore, they recognise typical problems of quantitative planning in an important field of application and can name and apply suitable solution possibilities.
