The students have in-depth knowledge in the terminology of Business English, especially in the secure and versed mastery of complex situations in business life. They know and understand the linguistic nuances in the internal functions of a corporation (e.g. from the different departments of a corporation such as marketing, finance, controlling, corporate communications) and can express themselves in detail in the foreign language about company management (e.g. entrepreneurial topics, management styles, change management, strategic decisions such as outsourcing). They are able to work on complex situations of corporations in case studies and to fullfill the linguistic requirements of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (C1 level). This includes e.g.: a very complex, subject-specific appropriate vocabulary, a mostly accurate application of grammatical structures and the consideration of intercultural aspects.
