Professional competences:

The lectures and courses provide basic understanding of cormophytic plant cell and tissue types and plant organs with respect to function and organismic context. The students gain basic knowledge on essential connections between anatomy and function regarding angiosperms, on global zono-biomes, plant biogeography as well as on eco-system functions.
Students learn to apply optical microscopy and documentation by hand drawings.
