Professional competences:

The students learn selected communication theories and their implications for intra- and inter-organisational communication. Furthermore, they know and understand differentintra- and inter-organisational information and communication systems such as MRP, MRP II, ERP, CRM, SCM-systems, the Y-model and several integration techniques and methods. The can apply a method for communication modelling.
