180 hours: 60 hours class attendance 120 hours preparation and follow-up, preparation for the exam and exam Lectures, partly with exercises. Both have to be finished up at home. The working time of university studies about equals the working time at home.

The students have a competent knowledge in the field of banking law. They know and understand the characteristics of the field of law covered in the elected module. They are able to give an expert opinion on cases which were previously practiced in the field of banking law. They are able to implement the acquired legal knowledge and come to a reasonable conclusion with due regard to economic, social, and ethical aspects. They are able to make complex decisions allowing for different positions. Hereby, the students learn structured thinking. This qualifies them to decide self dependend in their later professional life, which includes the consideration of different positions to reach a reasonable overall result.
