The students posses an in depth knowledge about current topics with high relevance in science and practice in the field of health care management and innovation management. They are able to acquire new knowledge about current topics individually by accessing and evaluating problems in a scientific and structured way. Furthermore, students are supported in their career finding process. They have the ability to analyse and evaluate relevant literature in order to approach new topics and link them with existing knowledge as well as present and discuss these aspects in class.
