Contents:

The lecture conveys the core economic basics of competition law. This includes methods of market demarcation, the study of the formation and stability of cartels, the assessment of the economic effects of anti-competitive behaviours and the analysis of vertical restrictions as well as horizontal, vertical and conglomerate fusions.
