This course deals with the behaviour of monopolies such as non-linear pricing or tie-in engagements. Furthermore, the basic concepts of game theory will be discussed and applied to oligopolistic market structures. In addition to this, the lecture covers basic concepts of competetive analysis such as fusions, cartels and corporate strategies in competition.
