The lecture "Supply Chain Management" provides an awareness of the basic problems which arise in the management and coordination of intra- and especially interorganisational supply chains, analyses success factors which contribute to an integrated output generation in such supply chains, and discusses current logistic concepts which implement these potentials for improvement within different industries.
