The seminar is a supplement to the primarily theory-oriented courses "Environental Management" and "Environmental Economics". In the seminars students' communication skills will be trained for the challenges of their later professional lives. Under the guidance and advice of the chair's staff students will practice scientific writing as well as oral presentations of complex economic topics in front of a critical audience in limited time. Furthermore, convincing and problem-oriented discussion strategies will be practiced under the guidance of the chair's staff. An important learning objective is the acquisition of useful soft skills for a better performance of students' in their future professional careers.
