The participants of this seminar work independently on recent and relevant topics in several areas of the banking sector and corporate finance. The foundation for this research is selected theoretical and empirical studies obtained from journals. Subsequently, the topics are discussed by the participants in light of the economical background. Alternatively, students work on case studies based on selected events in the area of corporate finance.
