Contents:

Prior knowledge of European Law is useful, but not required as long as the student is willing to learn independently about the basic principles of European Law. The preparation of a seminar paper (ca. 20 pages) is expected, as well as a 15-minute presentation. It is possible to audit the course (without ETCS points).
