In some industry sectors and certain functional areas of corporations, e.g. in the area of research and development (R&D), project organisation is of substantial importance. The focus of this course lies on the methodological basics for planning and managing complex projects. Besides organisational and content design questions, particularly the problems of structure, time, cost and capacity planning of projects especially using network planning techniques are covered. Furthermore, methods of project controlling are addressed.
